What to expect.

 

The call will be on Google Meet. We’re interested in your experience with our product.

You’ll speak to our product manager. Questions you’ll be asked:

  1. Were there any issues using the product? E.G. Trouble accessing the online course, trouble finding setup instructions, a problem with the practice arm, problem with the practice items.
  2. Is there something missing form the kit that you wish was included?
  3. Why did you buy the practice kit? E.G. Exam prep, gift.
  4. Was the online course valuable to you; was it part of the reason you bought the kit?
  5. How did the practice kit help you to achieve your goals?
  6. From 1-10 how satisfied are you with our IV & phlebotomy arm? (1 = Terrible, 10 = Loved it)

* There may be a couple of clarification questions.

Prerequisites:

  1. You ordered on Amazon.com (Please have your order number ready before the call).
  2. You’ve used your Apprentice Doctor IV & Phlebotomy Arm.
  3. You’ve spent at least 20 minutes going through the product’s online course.
