Refunds Policy

Important information. Kindly read this before returning an Apprentice Doctor® Product / Kit.

 We pride  ourselves with an exceptionally low return percentage (well under 1% and way under the industry standard of <5%). In the unlikely event of being unhappy with your product, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days after you have received your kit/product.

Important notes:

  • Refunds are not available for purchases outside of the USA and Canada.
  • Kindly inform us of your intention of returning the product – your order number is essential for the smooth processing of your request.

Important:

You must return your ordered product in the same condition that you received it in *for a full refund. 

Simulation Kits: The product may be opened for inspection, but it must be unused to qualify for a full refund.  We will consider offering a partial refund if the kit has been used (minimally) and is returned in an otherwise fair condition.

Anatomical Venipuncture Arm: Dysfunctional arms may be returned and we will offer a full refund – kindly give us a short email with reasons for returning the arm.

Extensively used/Abused products / Kits – definitely no refunds offered.

 *Refund includes the full purchase price of all the goods ordered but excludes all handling and shipping charges (if applicable). Return shipping charges is the client’s responsibility.

You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Damaged/otherwise compromised merchandise: In the unlikely event that your purchase was damaged in transit please contact us using our contact us page. You will need to return your shipment to the address above. We will either send you a new kit or a refund you the full purchase price, whichever you prefer. Damage claims must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds will only be finalized on receipt and inspection of the returned product / kit. Once the refund has been effected on our side – it may take up to a week to show up on your CC statement.
